PRIVACY POLICY

First Class Travelers LLC will use the information you supply for legitimate business purposes ONLY! Including notifying you of schedule changes, cancellations, and special offers. By purchasing a ticket on First Class Travelers, you will automatically be added to our email newsletter list. We do not share information with other entities except to conduct regular business, or to comply with legal requirements, and to protect against fraud. Only authorized First Class Travelers employees have access to stored information; personal use of this information is prohibited by company policy.

THIRD PARTIES:

First Class Travelers Do not and will not sell, lease, rent, loan, or trade lists of email addresses or phone numbers with any third parties.

WEB:

Our web server collects information that details the traffic on our site. We may analyze this information and use aggregate statistics to improve the content and navigation on our site. Statistics are not personally identifiable and we make no attempt to link these statistics to the individuals who browse our site. We do not share server statistics with third parties.

UNACCOMPONIED MINOR:

CHILDREN UNDER 10 WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRAVEL ALONE. All Children traveling alone MUST have their personal information on file at First Class Travelers main office 24 hours prior to the traveling date. Otherwise the unaccompanied minor will NOT be allowed to board our buses. Once the minor is on file, the date of travel the parent or guardian MUST:

If the receiving person is not at the arriving stop, or receiving person does not provide the correct documents and or receiving person does not want to corporate with First Class Travelers staff, the local authorities will be called and the unaccompanied minor will more than likely be released to them.

A Government ID Is A Valid State Drivers License or Passport.

Children under 10 must be escorted by an adult 18 years of age or older. If the First Class Travelers staff feels the adult is not 18 or older, First Class Travelers LLC reserve the right to deny travel or request Identification.

REFUSING PASSENGERS POLICIY:

First Class Travelers may refuse to transport any passenger, or may remove any passenger from our buses at any point of travel, for one or several reasons, including but not limited to the following:

  1. Not in compliance with government regulations.
  2. Any passenger’s conduct is disorderly, abusive or violent, appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, attempts to interfere with any First Class Travelers representative, refuses to obey instructions from any First Class Travelers representative, or engages in any action, voluntary or involuntary, that might jeopardize the safety of the bus or any of its occupants, will be removed.
  3. Refusal to permit an authorized First Class Travelers representative to search of person or property for explosives or for deadly, controlled, or dangerous weapons, articles or substances.
  4. Refusal to produce positive identification upon request by an authorized First Class Travelers staff member.
  5. In First Class Travelers LLC sole opinion, any passenger’s physical or mental condition is such that such passenger is rendered or likely to be rendered incapable of comprehending or complying with safety instructions without the assistance of a First Class Travelers representative. Due to safety and liability issues.

TRAVEL:

First Class Travelers LLC is not responsible for or liable for failure to operate any trip according to schedule, or for a change to the schedule of any vehicle, due to circumstances beyond its control, including without limitation, weather, road conditions, mechanical failure or vehicle breakdowns. Under no circumstances shall First Class Travelers be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages arising from travel.

First Class Travelers LLC may, in the event of a force nature event, without notice, cancel, terminate, divert, postpone or delay any trip or choose to cancel without liability except to issue an involuntary refund. The involuntary refund will be made in the original form of payment.

LOST AND FOUND AND DAMAGED ITEMS:

First Class Travelers LLC assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings or any items left on the bus. First Class Travelers will make every effort to return lost items. Items remaining in our lost and found over 90 days will be considered abandoned property.

CANCELLATIONS AND DELAYS:

When cancellations are experienced passengers will be afforded the following options: First Class Travelers LLC will attempt to place passengers on our next available schedule with available seats, provide a prompt refund or issue a certificate for future travel. First Class Travelers may be unable to contact the passenger regarding a delay or cancellation. First Class Travelers will do its best to provide information regarding unforeseen delays or cancellations due to weather, breakdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances. The passenger is responsible for checking with the Company on schedule status when exceptional weather conditions or other publicly known events occur. Under no circumstances shall First Class Travelers be responsible for any special, incidental or consequential damages arising from the foregoing.

SEATS AND BOARDING:

(DOES NOT APPLY TO SCHEDULED STOPS)

Passengers must comply with minimum check-in requirements to retain their seats on the trip on which they are confirmed. At the beginning of the trip check-in time is no less than 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Passengers MUST show the attendant a photo ID. Boarding on the bus is not permitted until the attendant clears each passenger for boarding. We cannot guarantee an onboard snacks for any reservation booked within 6 hours of travel or same day bookings.

PASSENGERS WITH DISABILITIES:

First Class Travelers strives to provide passengers with disabilities dignified, professional, and courteous service at all times. First Class Travelers accepts checked wheelchairs, provided they collapse to fit in the storage bin of the bus. If you have special needs, upon request, pre-boarding assistance will be provided to you, allowing you the opportunity to be seated prior to general boarding. First Class Travelers complies with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). A passenger who is confined to a wheelchair and wishes to travel in a wheelchair will be accommodated providing a reservation is made with at least a minimum of 48 hour notice to the company.

No agent, employee or representative of First Class Travelers has authority to alter, modify or waive any Terms or Conditions, unless authorized in writing by a corporate officer of First Class Travelers.

PET POLICY:

Sorry but there no pets allowed on First Class Travelers buses unless they are proven to be service animals. Passengers wishing to travel with their service animals must contact the company 24 hours before date of travel. Service pet owners also may have to provide proof for service animal

BAGGAGE:

On Board: Each passenger is allowed 2 free carry-on bag and one small, personal item. Carry-on bags must be small enough to fit under the seat or in our overhead bins. Bags stored in our overhead bins must be closeable so that their contents do not spill out during the trip.

Underneath: Each ticketed passenger is allowed 2 free suitcases or other large pieces of luggage with a maximum weight of 55 lbs. Passengers do not load their own baggage. First Class Travelers will load all your bags underneath our buses for you. Passengers may be required to pay an over-weight and or over 2 bag limit fee of $10.00 for each over-weight or over 2 bag limit.

First Class Travelers accepts checked wheelchairs, provided they collapse to fit in the storage bin of the bus

Musical instruments:

We realize that some of our passengers have sensitive musical instruments. Large instruments, such as cellos, can typically be placed by themselves underneath the luggage bay. If a passenger desires a space on board the bus for a special musical instrument, the passenger will likely have to purchase a separate seat.

Bicycles: Bicycles are permitted underneath our buses if space is available.

Motorized vehicles: Scooters, mopeds, and other gasoline-powered vehicles are not permitted on board our buses. Motorized wheelchairs and other devices needed for the mobility of persons with disabilities are permitted on our buses, and do not count against the large / over-weight luggage limit.

PROHIBITED ITEMS:

The following may not be brought anywhere on board our buses:

CHILD CAR SEAT: Car seats that are brought on board and take up a seat will require the purchase of a separate seat. Car seats that are stowed under the bus for children under 2 that are riding as a lap child can be stored for free and will not be charged overweight luggage or over the 2 bag limit.

To avoid loss or mix-ups, passengers should mark or tag all bags with name and contact information. First Class Travelers LLC disclaims any liability for particularly expensive, valuable, or fragile items such as, but not limited to, computers, electronics, jewelry, banknotes, artwork, collectibles, or antiques, and we strongly recommends that these items remain with passengers at all times.
